Retreat

Take some time for your mind, body & soul on one of our luxury retreats.

New for this year, our wellbeing retreats have been created from the heart and combine all the elements you need to relax, restore and reset. Healthy and nourishing gastronomy, luxurious accommodation, gentle yoga classes, breathwork and mindfulness are all key ingredients. Plus, each retreat is also designed with a handful of bespoke activities, including floristy, wild swimming, crystal healing, Reiki treatments, sound baths and peace tea meditations, to make every one truly individual. There will also be plenty of time for you to be alone with your thoughts, enjoy the Yorkshire countryside and read, journal and sip fresh herbal tea.

Having put years of hard work, sweat and tears into restoring Grassfield Hall, we truly know how stress and exhaustion can take it’s toll on the body and mind. Therefore, we are huge advocates of embracing natural therapies, self-care, breathwork and healthy nutrition in order to restore balance and calm.

Come and join us for the perfect tonic to a busy life.

Please email Lisa at info@grassfield-hall.co.uk to reserve your place.
